Hi there! I just placed an order for 1/1800 models of HMS Barham and Malaya (I'm a War at Sea player and thus already have HMS Warspite, one of my favorite ships), and these will be my first Shapeways purchases. Might I suggest an oddball project for you to consider: Royal Navy monitors! HMS Erebus and Terror were WWI holdouts, and HMS Roberts and Abercrombie were actually commissioned during WWII. They are neat little shallow-draft 15-in. gunboats and nobody's produced any miniatures of them on Shapeways as far as I know. I'd certainly purchase one or more of them if I'm happy with my current purchases, which I suspect I will be. :o)
Cheers bud! Thanks, but I'll have to check when and where I can put in the monitors as my schedule is getting more and more crowded, specially since I've started doing the US Navy :/
